Jerusalem Is Surrounded

·Disaster [Evil] is coming from the north [C Babylon];
    terrible destruction is coming to you.

Shepherds [C leaders of the attacking army] with their flocks will come against it [C Jerusalem].
    They will set up their tents all around her,
